Can't upgrade to ELITE

My account says "trial" but I want to go elite and I can't because it says I already have a subscription would really like to upgrade to get my guides back

That happened because of cancelling the agreement in PayPal. That doesn't cancel the agreement with our payment processor and they try to collect the past due invoices for 2 weeks but our system only gives you a 5 day grace period. You should now be able to get a new subscription started.
