How long for a friend to get the referral link?

How long does it take for the "invite a friend" email message to show up in their inbox? He's checked the junk/trash folders, and it hasn't come through and I did it last night, and again this morning.

His email is correct, it's an Outlook account, he doesn't appear to be spam blocked...

It should be pretty much right away. If he's not receiving it you can always give him the link that you see under the Invite button on the Referrals page in the Members area.
