    Internal Mail Database Error

Whenever I use the COLLECT tab to auto collect the items in my mailbox, it will only collect five or six items and then it stops collecting and I get the message: INTERNAL MAIL DATABASE ERROR. I then have to click the collect button and it will do a few more and then it stops again and displays the error again. I have to keep doing this over and over until at last I get to my last entry. It doesnt matter how much I click the COLLECT button it will not give me my last mail item. I have to log off and log back in again to collect the last item. Also, the game crashes when I am in the auction house and the AUCTIONS add on tries to scan and re-evaluate the itmes I want to list. It gets to 90%+ then the game crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest ZYGOR client multiple times. I even deleted the CACHE, INTERFACE and WTF folders out of the wow directory and started from scratch but still no good.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Is Zygor the only addon running at the time when you have this problem?

Yes. I had TITAN PANEL loaded but just the LOCATION addon so that I could view map coordinates. I turned it off prior to posting on this forum but it made no difference,

Playing on a Blizzard server or a private server?

I don't recall ever having this error reported by anyone else. Since you already did wipes of the cache, interface, and wtf folders I'm thinking what's happening is that you are experiencing some kind of lag issues with the game server as it's trying to collect the mail and refresh the mail list. The possibility of something like this would be higher with more mail in the system or on a high pop server.

I have this problem all the time, and have for months. I just kept hoping it would correct itself, but it never does. Any ideas?

                Try this for a test.

                1. Exit the game
                2. Go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything in there
                3. Go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
                4. Run the Zygor desktop client, click the refresh button in the top right, and then click on the Install button
                5. Go in game to test and then let me know if that fixed it

I can confirm that I have the same error. I also tried your workaround. It didn't help.

Fortunately, I have also a button of 'ElvUI', which does the same. The error won't happen there.
