keeps taking me to missing demon quest but the guy is no wheres in site ?

Did you do the quest on the scouting map to make sure everything for Azsuna was unlocked before loading the Azsuna guide? Is there anything before this point that you might have missed in the guide?

Marius felbane isn't where the quest guide indicate for azsuna quest completion. The quest is felblaze ingress. The guide doesn't indicate that I need to complete any other quests for him to be there. I'm stuck, please help. Is this the npc you are talking about?

That quest is a breadcrumb and may not be available depending on what other quests you might have done in the zone. If you are not able to accept the quest you should be able to safely skip that step.
