Enchanting 700-800 step 9

This step says Reach Exalted Reputation with the Dreamweavers. This would take a really really long time, will the guide still work if I skip this step and just do it without the rank 3 recipe?

It is technically possible to do it with just the rank 2 recipe however you'll probably use a whole lot more materials that what is in the guides. Rank 3 only uses 35 Arkhana per ring whereas rank 2 uses 50 Arkhana per ring. Rank 2 will also result in a lot more failed crafting attempts where rank 3 should have no crafting fails. If you decide to only use rank 2 then please treat the Arkhana and Chaos Crystal numbers as minimum needed and plan for needing more.
