End of guide ate 39 going to 40 no quests to accept

    End of guide ate 39 going to 40 no quests to accept

    While I was leveling, I completed level 39 and it said I was at the end of that guide and I accepted where it was taking me. But all the quests that are show at the new location the exclamation point is grayed out. I skipped the quest and tried the next one still grayed out. Why.
