Step 237: Accept 'Airborne Again'

Step 238: Talk to Chawg, turn in 'Airbrone Again'

You are missing the step to go to the top of bildgewater and click the plane to take you to chawg.

Actually, that is a quest that does not require you to take that ride. By having you run there on the ground it eliminates the possibility of accidental fall damage when the planes drop you.
