This quest is no longer attainable and is obsolete. I wasted about 30 min before I looked it up lol.

It actually still is in the game (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=25454/perfect-yeti-hide). The quest you found on WoWHead was with the original quest ID. Blizzard changed the quest (and item) IDs for that to this new one which is still in the game.
