Horde - Ghostlands Steps 10 & 12

Step 10 tells you to get the quest Tomber's Supplies, and step 12 tells you to go get The Plagued Coast. Neither of these steps can be completed until you complete and turn in the quest accepted in step 9, Suncrown Village.
