Guide won't re-install

So I had the issue with everything missing from the guide, and I followed your steps. When I went to re-install, it looked like it was all working, then it asked me 2 times if I was sure I wanted to re-install, and I said yes. Now the refresh won't stop spinning, and it didn't install.

Rebooted computer, was able to install, and it's working. Was really derned weird though.

That was just Java getting stuck.
