Orc (1 - 5) Accept "Hana'zua" Quest missing

Hi I came across this quest but the direction asking me to accept this no longer exist? Please clarify

You don't actually need to do that quest to get the quest from Hana'zua so we don't bother to have you pick it up. It gives minimal XP.
