Turning off frame

There used to be a way to turn off the outer frame of the Zygor pane. I mean where it says zygor on top and only have the quest window unless you help your mouse over the window to have it reappear. Where is this now.

That is no longer an option with the guides. Think that was removed back with the release of 6.0 before Legion came out.
