When you complete the zygor guide for shadowmoon valley you only have 4/8 chapters completed.

Would be real nice if you could update this zone guide so that it completes all t he chapters for loremaster.

Still not working, all 222 steps to the guide completed and nothing new. Still 4/8 chapters completed. I wouldnt normally raise a stink about something like this, but I AM paying a subscription for this loremaster guide.

Sir, I have not posted here in 51 days. No raging here. However, you now have me thinking about this again. I just checked and the issue I brought up in my original post is still not fixed. It has now been 146 days since I mentioned it here in this forum.

In my opinion lumavolt has a valid point. He is a paying customer and reports a bug. If I as a software developer would not solve a reported bug for 146 days, the customers would clearly leave us. So, the bug should be considered and not ignored. Furthermore, I also do not think that lumavolt rages, although there could maybe be a nicer way to remind the zygor admins, that the bug is still present.

On the other hand I also understand the fact, that it is not easy sometimes to fix a bug and simultaneously produce new content (e.g. for a coming add-on, or new features in the current expansion). Yet, in this case, I think it is really appreciated to rank this bug higher and start addressing it for the next release. And in all fairness, the admins are really active here. Response times for e-mails and forum posts are very well. You should maintain this quality also for your bug fixing process and satisfy your customers even more!

This has been worked on but we need to play thru the area to find which quests need to be added and then figure out where to add them. It's like having to re-write the entire zone guide, but the team are also very busy with writing the new guides for BfA since we have a much shorter time frame to do that with this expansion. This kind of fix is not like a typo fix where it takes literally 1 minute max to go into the file and change a character which is the majority of the fixing we have to do.

And yes, we do have some good response times for emails, forums, discord, and live chat but that is only because there is one person on the team dedicated to doing nothing but that, freeing up the rest of the team to keep working on the guides. So comparing the response times to fix times really isn't fair since I don't have to stop working on something in order to respond.
