Paladin Order Hall Quests location bug

Step 43 shown below points to the wrong location.
Runeseer Faljar is found at Stormheim 73 40, which seems to be where it should be going but for some reason Travel Route step one is pointing to the wrong place.

Looks like there might be an issue with the map layer you are on compared to where the waypoints are at. You are on the main zone map but those travel coordinates (and step coordinates) are for layer 28 which is most likely a cave or maybe your class hall or some place like that.

So I guess it's just a random bug. It was still present on the next step but I had to log at that point. I'll see if it clears up.
