The Tidehunter - Sinking into Vashj'ir - Loremaster of Cataclysm

I tried to find a post on this in the forums, but it appears there is a gap in your Vashj'ir guide which I can't find information on through google searching as well.

I have completed the Vashj'ir guide front to back and have not earned The Tidehunter story chapter. Regardless of how I access the achievement or quest guide in Zygor, it takes me through the same steps that are all finished.

Wanted to make you aware of this and also hopefully get an answer on getting The Tidehunter story progress since Wowhead and other sources seem to be devoid of answer as well.

After some running around I found the quest that's missing, it's just one. Defending the Rift which is also a criteria for the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea achievement.
