Everytime I log into a character I keep getting told that my subscription has ended even though I am elite subscriber. Then when I come to the home page there isn't away for for me to update, its says my account is fine and keep getting charged so what the heck are to doing to create all these conflicts?
I have been looking for suramar questline for an hour and it isn't anywhere.

Try running the desktop client, click the refresh icon at the top right, then use the wrench near the bottom right to reinstall the guides.
