According to Pawn, the blue item was an upgrade.

As soon as I equiped it, ZG told me to reepuip the green item. ZG even admits that it only gives a tiny upgrade to haste while taking away from everything else.

We use different stats than pawn does. If you want them to both give you the same suggestions you need to either change Pawn's or Zygor's stat weights to match the other one. Pawn's stat weights are for end game dungeons and raids and our stat weights are for solo questing.

Maybe, but in this case, ZG is clearly doing something wrong.. because a worthless stat, Haste, is being promoted as more important than strength, crit, stam and armor.

If you notice, stamina and armor do not even get scored because you are not on a tanking spec. This leaves it down to the haste being more valuable than the crit and versatility. For solo questing we feel that the haste is more important and it out-weighs the other two by enough of a margin that it also makes up for the 3 point loss to strength.
