Heroes Call is the quest and he name is Captain Nials,I only have Battle pets quest other than that one

Try using your Adventure Guide (next to the Collections icon) to see if you can accept the quest in there.

I'm lost I don't know where either of them are located.

If you are using the default WoW UI then it's down at the bottom by your hotbars. Look for the different game icons. It looks like a book icon.
