how can i sync the to the quest where i am?

ye like the tittle says lets say i uninstalled wow reinstalled wow the guide doesend sync where i am i have to find the steps manually by clicking on zygor guide how can i resync it where i was befor?

Try loading the zone guide for the zone you had been in and it should start to automatically fast forward past any quests you've already completed. If it does not fast forward then try disabling all other addons and try it then.
