Teleportation Nexus not taken into account?

On my mage, I have the Teleportation Nexus researched, but even if I stand right next to the portal and set my waypoint to the exact spot where the portal takes me, the guide still says it's faster to go to Dalaran, and fly there, even though it would take literally 5 seconds to use the portal. I've got everything checked in the Navigation options, including Use Spells/Portals, so I can't work out why it's not suggesting to use the portal. I've attached some screenshots.

We'll look into this. Are you alliance or horde. That looks like it's a human mage but just want to make sure.
