Problem with Step 77 - Paladin order Hall Quest Guide

The step says to talk with Delas Moonfag.

1. Turn in 'Cracking the Code'
2. Accept 'Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon'
3. Accept 'Blood of Our Enemy'

1. Quest turned in.
2. Quest not offered by NPC
3. Quest Accepted

Problem with #2. Looks like 'Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon' has a prerequisite of 'A Falling Star'.

Step 22 had you turn in A Falling Star. Go back and make sure you did that.

Huh interesting.. how did the viewer skip step 22 and allowed me to continue? I understand I could have manually told the view to skip a step. But I did no such thing.

If the guide viewer thought you completed the step it would advance. If the game server said you completed the quest it would advance. It's easy for the guide viewer to skip a step and it be completely out of our control if the game server says you've completed quests.

So I had completed the 'A Falling Star' quest.. but the NPC still won't give me the 'Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon'

Now that I have more time on my hands.. did a little research.

Series :
1. Cracking the Codex <= added in 7.0.3 and had a 103 requirement. A Falling Star is required to be completed.

2. Delas in Dalaran <= this was added in 7.3.5 and has a 105 requirement. Not sure if this is required

3. Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon <= this was added in 7.0.3 and has a 105 requirement.

I'm currently level 103... how can I confirm quest requirements? without using wowhead.com? sometimes wowhead.com is incomplete. Such is the case for Delas in Dalaran. No quest starter info.. or user comments.

Maybe Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon needs a level check before continuing? don't know.. guessing a this point.

"Assault on Violet Hold: The Fel Lexicon"(43487) <= this has a 105 requirement.

So this a bug with the guide if i'm not 105.. but the guide is telling me to get the quest from the NPC?

This quest actually takes place in the Violet Hold dungeon. The dungeon is not available until 105

I see we say to reach 105 at step 80. I'll let the team know so we can get that moved up to step 77.
