can't update guide

    Hi

    Same thing here...loaded a new java have now uninstalled suing the .jar and tried to reinstall...have the client but it won't update or reinstall. I am on a 2018 Macbook Pro and a iMac Pro 2018 neither will load either an update or a whole new guide. It is 9.30pm in the NT of Australia...I have been trying for 3 hrs now...time to give up.

              Just bought gametime in wow again cause i was in the mood to do some stuff with zygor guide, that i've been paying for every month for the past few months (even though i haven't been playing wow for the past few months). Then this happens :l

                      website is now down completely,just noticed this when trying to update the client then trying the actual website,now even the website doesnt work,after resubscribing as well,typically it will be a miracle if anyone gets refunds,or even extra elite days this is very disappointing indeed,what is going on,does anyone have a proper answer?

                        The website is working perfectly fine for me and if it were down you wouldn't be able to post because when the website is down so are the forums. I've also done a test with the client and it connects and downloads the files just fine. If you're still having an issue please check your firewall and antivirus settings.

                          nope... servers Down again.. tried ending java, then i tried scan and repair. still going " auction data is available" but the refresh icon is going around all the time without anything happends

                              We're checking into the client. Looks like it's timing out but shouldn't be as the server is responding fine when not using the client for testing.

                                ok this problem seems to still be occurring - I have had to reinstall Wow and then zygor and nothing works - client there and goes thru the throes of installing but then nothing - and the spanner wont allow me to click on. I have turned off Java/my computer .... and tried over and over with no results???
