Made no difference - uninstalled everything; firewall & antivirus turned off - reinstall client - hit install goes thru guide update - unzipping download file then back to start - spanner option will not work

when being reinstalled - wants to install directory in: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Zygor Guides Client

OK have unistalled everything (including Wow Beta) - started from beginning with Battlenet - WoW then Zygor and now has worked. haven't reinstalled Beta yet; maybe that had something to do with it ??? thanks
