Not Getting ALL My Guides?

I just renewed my Zygor Elite Subscription, it was saying I needed to "Repair" the Zygor Guide Client and I'd have all my guides. I've repaired it 4 times and tried to reinstall, still don't have all my guides. Could anyone help?

Try exiting the game, running the desktop client, make sure it shows the unnerve username at the top right, click the refresh icon next to your username, then use the wrench icon near the bottom right to reinstall the guides.
