Step 78: It says to pick up 'Goddess Watch Over You', but even after picking it up this step doesn't complete.
Skipping this step (marking as complete) takes me to Step 81, which says to accept 'In The House of Light and Shadow' after turning in 'Goddess Watch Over You'. However, to complete Goddess Watch Over You you have to finish Val'sharah, which I haven't done. I could go and do it, but there's no point - this quest isn't compulsory to finish the order hall quests, so I think this step should be removed or placed at the end.
