I cant buy a subscription

Hey guys, Ive already sent a ticket about it.
Anyway, it just came to my mind that, in the past, I used another CC to buy your subscription, which belonged to my Mother and she canceled. Although, Im now trying to buy it with my on CC and having issues as a mentioned on the ticket. So I just wanted to add more a bit of info into my problem, Im not sure that this the cause of it or something, but it may be useful for you support people. Thanks.

All I can see is that when you tried the card your bank declined it and then when you tried PayPal they didn't like the payment method you picked so they probably had problems with using that card as well. It might be something with the bank and it being for a subscription that isn't working well. Try using our gift card system to see if you can purchase time that way without it being a subscription. http://zygorguides.com/giftcard
