Billed For Elite - Still Basic

Hey all,

Anyone know how to fix this? I have been billed for Zygor Elite but I am only seeing trial guides in my launcher?

Same for me...Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and scanned and repaired. Not loading Legion guides...not showing me as an elite member

I have the same, I am a elite member for a long time and all of a sudden it just changed to trial why is that ? i tried uninstall and install, uninstall again and it wouldnt even download as elite member it just cut out what to do next ?
