"Growing Strong"

Zygor wants me to accept a quest called "Growing Strong", but it's not there to accept.

What is your Nightfallen rep at? You probably need to grind more rep for Nightfallen faction before it will be available. It's also possible that Blizzard removed the quest since the reward is artifact power which will be useless with the 8.0 pre-patch.

I believe you need to hit Revered for that one. You might be able to skip it and keep following the guide and then come back to it once you hit revered or you might want to just see if you can do Suramar world quests to raise up the rep.
