No arrow for Orc (1-5) step 13

Like the title says step 13 of Orc(1-5) does not seem to have an arrow pointing to Gornek.

Have you tried disabling all other addons to see if the arrow works when only Zygor is running?

This is the only step where this happens. It's not me, or another addon. It's the guide.

I just went in game on a brand new Orc, the only addon running was Zygor, and step 13 had an arrow for me.
Again, did you try disabling all other addons to see if the arrow is working when only Zygor is running?
