    Spinning Arrows: Are my guides updating, or is something broke.

    The spinning arrows in the upper right corner of my client has been spinning for two days. Is this normal during/after a patch? Or is my client broke? Should I uninstall and reinstall?

    I also should have mentioned. When I click on the wrench or gear in the lower right corner, nothing happens.

    And if I need to uninstall, how do I do so. Zygor isn't showing up in my Start Menu, my Program Folders, my Apps in System Settings (Windows)

    And I can only launch it by doing a Cortana search.

    Your Java is hung up. Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.

    If you don't have the desktop shortcut to launch the client you can always run the client installer again but do not change any of the check box settings and that will get a desktop shortcut created for you.
