Since the 8.0.1 patch, I've noticed that if you mouse-over a treasure/rare marker on the minimap, the popup text for it will stick around and no way to clear it unless you open up the map with M and mouseover anything (treasure/rare/world quest). I have done this with all addons except for Zygor Guides going and it still happens.
The other weird POI bug that I've been seeing is that occasionally it will decide not to load rares/treasures for the 3 Argus Zones. Occasionally I can get it to work by toggling one of the types, and going in and out of the map a couple times. But sometimes it will refuse to come up. No other zones seem to have a problem, but if any of the 3 of them goes out, all 3 stay out.
