On the arrow is there a way to also list the person we are looking for with the quest that the guide tells us to choose, once we find said person with the quest.

There is a workaround if you want to get directed to another group member (or any other spot in the world).
You can set a manual waypoint next to him by holding SHIFT and clicking on the map.
To remove that waypoint again hold SHIFT and click it or rightclick it or rightclick the waypoint arrow and select remove waypoint.
