error 500. cant install or use at all

Is there a file I can use to install that isnt from the client?

Same here basically. I get it on refreshes and attempts at updates or reinstalls...
And the addon is not usable in game. Needs to be reinstalled.

I got that error yesterday, and now my Zygor client disappeared from desktop. Tried to go to the web page just to get an "Unauthorized" message. This the only way I can communicate or know more info about what is going on.

Happening to me as well. No error though. Client just refuses to connect to the internet and when I go to zygorguides.com I get the "unauthorized" notification. I was able to get into website thru an alternate weblink however.

Same. The zygor shortcut is still on my pc but it the program won't load. Do I need to reinstall?

Try downloading the beta client in the members area and see if that will work for you.

Before running the beta client as suggested I went into the hidden sub-directory that Zygor installs to in order to uninstall the non-beta guide. The uninstaller fails and reports that the file is corrupted and unreadable. That can't be normal.
