Guide not popping up?

Having issue where zygor interface doesn't pop up. I am on a Dying World Quest. in the chat box it shows that the guide loaded and it activated the broken shore campaign. I can't get anything to open zygor related to change the guide. Any suggestions?

i was able to get it resolved. By default my guide viewer was turned off. Accessed zygor menu through the world map and played around with the options.
