After over a week of 500 errors now my guides only go to level 100. I have been an Elite Loyalty member since they changed from purchasing individual components. I have been using zygor for at least 9 years and have never seen issues this bad. I understand new content always can present issues but this is beyond what a long time paying customer should expect.Zygor.jpg

I uninstalled client again deleted the installation directory rebooted and installed from scratch. I now can see additional guides however, updates don't seem to be working and every time I open the client I get a message asking if I want to uninstall my client.zygor client.jpgzygor client.jpg

Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

First let me say thank you for working with me. I stopped the Java process as you requested rebooted and now I no longer am asked if I want to uninstall zygor every time I open it. However, in the game every few minutes I am getting a message that a new update is available so I am not sure if it is not updating properly.
To give you more information about my system I am running windows 10 on a MSI gs73vr stealth pro laptop i7 h series running a nvidia gtx 1060. WOW and zygor are installed on the boot drive which is a 500GB SSD and the laptop also has a 2TB internal data drive.
The event log in the zygor app shows that it was updated to ver. 7.0.18641 so I am not sure why I keep getting messages in game to update zygor guides. I also made sure that I am running the latest ver. of Java. (ver. 8 update 181).
Could the auction portion of the guide possibly be triggering the update notification? I will try to disable that and see if that makes a difference.

The AH data being down right now should only trigger an available update message on the client, not in the game. Normally an in game update message means the small box beside WoW on the desktop client is not orange.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:
