Zygor is telling me to Accept '...' and there's nothing available

I'm doing the War Campaign guide.
I'm on step 243/281

I've completed every step previous to this.

And there's nothing to automatically accept.

I can't see anything nearby that would suggest there's a quest for me to pick up. If I try to advance the quest it starts leading me on to things that I've not yet unlocked.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is because Blizzard has not put the War Fronts into the game yet. Just skip forward until you get to the next step you're able to do for now.
