REMOVING RECURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Hi,

Unable to find a way to remove recurrent subscription from my account. Have emailed support twice with nil response. I do not wish to be charged again next month. Please remove my reoccurring subscription and tell me what date my elite access will continue until thanks.

I responded to both of those emails but they never made it to you because you had the email address spelled wrong (chuck_noirris) which meant I couldn't find the account. Normally you can find the cancellation button in the manage subscription section of the members area when you have an active subscription. The subscription is now canceled. It will remain valid until 2018-09-16 11:57:35 -0400.
