Cannot update method of payment

You guys may want to get that fixed. Trying to update method of payment for the Elite subscription we're forced into, and I cannot update for it because I already have an active subscription?

I have cleared out the past due subscription and this should allow you to get a new subscription started with the payment method of your choice. If you continue to have problems with this please let me know.

I'm having the same issue. I'm unable to update my payment information. Additionally it appears as though my grandfathered loyalty rate is gone. I don't have the apparent dissatisfaction with the elite guides as the OP, but I don't want to pay a higher price just because the site lacks a method to change your payment method.

I attempted to use both the credit card option AND the paypal method... neither worked. Message was that my subscription is already active.

Just FYI this issue may come up quite a bit. Apparently Paypal is requiring members confirm their details in order to continue having recurring payments go through. It'll also happen any time a credit card expires and gets a new number.

Please advise...
