    Auction House Data not updating.

    My Ah data is outdated by 6 days and no matter what I do, the Client just says update available but doesn't install the update. I've reinstalled the client, the addon itself, cleared my Cache. Nothing works. Help please

    We have the AH data throttled right now to keep our server from crashing. If you allow the client to run in the background it should eventually get the data. We are working to find a solution that will allow us to remove all throttling and not have the server crash.

      I am also experiencing an issue where my client wont update the data. It keeps giving me the update button which I keep pressing. Eventually it says connecting but doesnt and the update button appears.
      If I go to the auction house with all addons disabled the spinning ball of nothing happening appears and I have to force everything shut.
      I have tired uninstalling and reinstalling with all the addons disabled but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
      I should also add this is from the client before I even have Wow running.

        Arathor currently 12 days old.
        Zygor running in the background all of the time.
        "Updates", when it works, shows complete. But data in game chat still shows it being outdated.
        Also Settings, "Gold Guide", shows Arathor updated.
        12 days old?

          When you click on Update and it shows it worked does the button stay showing Update?

            "Update" button showing. It is pressed.
            This time it changes to "Play" and log shows one realm updated. (Blackhand)
            Under "System" "WoW Gold Guide" it shows all 13 realms I use as synced.
            On entering WoW, it reports shows Blackhand data as being 21 hours old.
            Logging into Arathor, Zygor shows server data as being 310 hours old.

            Guess the question is does your server show the data as being that old?

              No, our system shows it being updated within the past 24 hours. Try exiting the game, go to the WoW/Interface/Addons/ZygorGuidesViewer/Data/Gold folder and delete the files in there. Then run the client, click the refresh icon at the top right, and it should show the Update button again since you now have no AH data. Click the update button and wait to see if it gets all the stuff or just shows update again. If it shows update try again until you either get a lock out or it gets the data. Once you have the data check in game again.

              I will say as a side note that I have had great success using the beta client in being able to obtain my AH data for my 3 realms in less than 5 attempts every time.

                    So, a week has gone by and you appear to still be "AH data throttled"
                    Status on this?
                    Still cant "update" 90% of the time.
                    Kind of sad to have to update the Zygor program and then shut it down and log into WoW manually when it wont update the gold info.

                      This is still being worked on to ensure we have a stable server when we lift the throttle. There is no ETA.

                        Throttling the gold guide this far into the beginning of an expansion is completely unacceptable. Between the horrendous navigation issues and the "throttling" after years of using Zygor, I'm done. Can't see paying anymore for something that is becoming a hindrance.

                          Yes I would have to agree the gold guide is very cumbersome and slow at the moment besides the throttling. This time in the new expansion it is almost a must. To say no ETA is not a very reliable answer and find it difficult to understand that there would be no estimated time for a fix.

                            We are investigating moving the gold guide AH data to its own server, to prevent this issue in the future. However, that requires big changes in the backend of how we handle and serve the data, so we are getting all of that in order. We're hoping to have this fixed sometime this week, sorry for the inconvenience.

                              I have noticed your desktop clients both run on Java, have you looked into the Hive2Hive library? It does provide read-only options and file synchronization.
