Way Point Arrow Disappearing in Legion

Like the title says, while leveling an Alt in through Legion I have had my waypoint arrow disappear while flying to next spot. This has happened in Stormheim and Highmountain. I can manually advance and go back on steps and it shows back up, but its very annoying

I'm also experiencing a disappearing arrow. A level 104 gnome hunter in Legion content. It happens while flying on my mount and not taking the bus (aka flight paths).

I seem to remember it happening elsewhere but can't remember. i.e. While cleaning up some quests Boring Tundra.

Edit: It seems that if the routing is direct from point A to point B there isn't a problem. When there are multiple way-points the arrow disappears. i.e. Follow the path...Follow the path up...Follow the path left..., etc.
