Guide advancing steps when not completed

    Installed Version 7.0.18875
So today while questing in Drustvar I was finishing up the last 1/4 of the guide and i realized i still had some quests in other areas of the map that I hadn't done. For example step 297 and 298 were completely skipped. when i hit the rewind button(love that feature) sure enough the guide said i didn't complete it, but i didn't manually skip those steps. So I can only assume it advanced on its own. This also happened for steps 424-427. This seems to happen when the guide is tracking multiple quests at a time and you complete the last on the list first. That is my best guess anyways.

Is it possible that the quests had been added with a guide update to that zone guide after you had passed those steps?

We pushed out an update last night that finished the rework of the Drustvar leveling guide, and some steps were removed with the reduction of travel lines. The saved variables for the guide simply remember what step you were on, so it's likely that step X you were on before the update was not the same step number after the update. If in doubt about this, in the future, start the guide over at step 1 and let it skip through the completed steps until it finds the proper place for you. Hope that helps.
