Dark Iron Dwarf unlock achievement

The guide for this is woefully inadequate. The guide basically just says complete the war campaign, complete the Kul Tiran campaign, get exalted, and bam, done. Wrong. What about the entire quest chain and scenario that follow the previously mentioned steps?
