Increasingly Unhappy With Zygor Guides

I've been an Elite member with Zygor for many years, off and on. If I leave WoW for a time, the first thing I do when I return is go to Zygor. The guides have been a tremendous help and time saver over the years. However, lately, I've been misguided daily and am depending on google more and more for correct information.even if the current guide I'm using was supposedly updated recently. Also, the directional arrow keeps disappearing. Now, this morning as I sit with my daily routine of coffee and WoW, I can't even log in through the Zygor client because the servers are slow? I do hope things get straightened out soon but in the meantime I will be considering another game guide. I'm realizing how dependent I am on these guides and as a long time paying member, it would be really nice if it worked correctly.
