demon hunter truly stuck

Hi started a demon hunter doing great until ,quest 172 talk to battlelord gaardoun
and turned in spoils of victory, then below also ticked in green turned in spoils of victory.
then I should get quest accept cursed forge of the nathrezim but got to forge it is not sparkling ? as I saw in you tube. so truly stuck here , looking at the blades of deceiver bottom ones are greyed out. Any help would be awesome thanks and as nothing in my quest log cant cancel or go back. ty

You can skip cursed forge quest. Like a lot of the Legion guides right now the DH guide has quests in it related to the artifact power that have been removed from the game and we still need to remove them from the guides.
