504 Gateway Timeout Error

I got the below image when trying to update my client today.

Same here, can't log in.

I had a similar issue, it wouldn't work and gave me some error and closed down. I tried again and it took quite awhile to connect but it eventually went in and updated ok.

If you are still having that erorr try grabbing the new client in the members area and see if that one gives the same error.

That's funny. I tried to download the beta client just now and got this when clicking the button:

Gateway Timeout

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yeah, it appears our file server decided to start running a backup process which then slowed everything down causing time outs. As soon as that's done everything should be back to normal. Until then try with the client a few times and you should eventually get thru.

It was fixed and just started up again. We're checking on it to get it fixed again.
