Not seeing Rare POIs on map or minimap

Patch notes for 7.0.19314 show:
[B] Added POI Rares - Added most BFA Rare POIs.

Although, I have yet to see them on Horde or Alliance characters. I am currently running 7.0.19368 and I have also tried to do a reinstall with no luck. I have also disabled all addons, except for Zygor and still I am not seeing Rare POIs.

Is there something else I should check?

I'm not seeing any files for them being distributed yet so that might be a thing where they were added in to our internal master files but not to the release files yet and the changelog had the wrong comment added. Or it just might be that the files weren't flagged to be sent out like they should have been. We'll check into it.
