lua error in AH tabs

Hello,
I have recently gotten this lua error in the AH tabs using the gold guide. When I click on an item in the sell tab, it gives me this error and then I am unable to click on any item after that. How do I fix this?

Try disabling all other addons to see if that gets rid of the LUA error.

Our dev team is currently re-writing the AH tools so if the disabling of the other addons does not affect it then what the dev team is working on should fix it once they release the new AH tools code.

I too started receiving this error. Makes the AH sell tab completely unusable

Please release something soon! My bags are filling up!

Also, for the record, it still happens after a complete reinstall (removing extension + variables).

Based on the error, it seems like there's something in the code that isn't checking for a value before performing operations on it.

Not sure if this is due to a recent guide update or AH data update (that may contain a nil value).

It might be a specific item in your bags that's causing that error. Try dumping everything into the bank and see if the error shows up with empty bags.

Well, obviously if there's nothing in the bags, it doesn't go off.

The bug clearly has something to do with when it's attempting to calculate a price, but then fails because X reason (likely bad code/typo somewhere).

I also tried, BTW, switching a few items (that I know have worked in the past) and it doesn't matter what item it is.... the error still pops up and freezes up the Zygor AH UI.

Try just fixing the code on line 653 of Auctiontools-Sell.lua so it checks for a "nil" value first

As I said in the previous post our dev team are re-writing the AH tools so when that's finished and released it will fix this.

Is there an actual ETA on when this will be fixed? Just iterating on "they're working on it" isn't very helpful.

I don't have any other AH tools and it has completely stone walled my AH process...

Can confirm also having this issue. Messing with add on arrangements to see if turning off other add ons fixes. No dice, even with add ons fully disabled outside of Zygor. Only started having the issue recently.

Interestingly enough I can still get it to post a few items at a time by switching between Blizzards default browse tab and Zygor's Sell

Just installed latest version (6.1.16452) and still having the same error, despite the many fixes listed on http://zygorguides.com/archive/ to the AH tools

Oooh, I think I just figured out where the "bug" actually lies. It has to to do with the "Price per: unit/stack" radio buttons... the bug only seems to appear when the "stack" option is selected.

If "unit" is selected, everything acts like it did before.
