Problem with guide

Ok, so, I upgraded my guide to cataclysm. I login to start playing on a worgen/goblin, I try to select a guide but there is no goblin or worgen guide. It also only goes to 80.

What's wrong?

When I first got Zygor guides, I used the email cod4beast@yahoo.com, but when I upgraded to cataclysm guide I used the email I am now using for world of warcraft.

Does that have anything to do with it?

If you go into the members section does it say your guides are fully upgraded for Cataclysm?
And in the download section do the cataclysm guides appear under "Contents for your membership include"?
If yes then you can try the repair option of the guide or delete the Zygor folder from the addons directory before installing.
If not then it is better you contact the support:

Yeah, it's fully upgraded and they do appear under contents for membership.

On the updater it says "Current version - none"
