Instalation Need help !

I Buy the full version Horde On my account then i try the free trial to lvl 20 i buy it and my account is in trial version ?? I Dont know why i paid 40$ for the full version But he dont apair in my zygor updater -_- Thats bad Please somoene Help me !!

Click the Settings button in the Updater and enter your username and password for the members area in the boxes for them. Then click Ok. Then click Repair. This should fix it for you.

i Have already do this -_- and doesnt work ! Dont know what to do now !

Does you password have any special characters like %$#@! in it? if it does the you will want to change your password. The Updater doesn't like those special characters.

Have you tried running it as a Administrator? Right click the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator.
Also do you have a anti-virus like Bit Defender? If you do you could try disabling it. For some reason Bit Defender has some kind of problem with the updater.

That list shows that you have the Horde Full Guide Installed. Is that the one that you bought or did you buy the Alliance one? Or did you use the option to buy them both?

Ok. When you get to the character select/create screen in the bottom left corner is a button called Addons click it. Make sure that both Zygor's have a check mark next to it. And at the top of the Addon Box is a Check Box for Load Out Of Date Addons make sure that is checked also. Then select a character and it should show up in the game.

and are now saying it IS there but you need help to use it.
Please spend a moment to make sure you state which is the case, you have the guide and dont know where to start, or you do not have the guide in game.
