Seeing lots of these in Twilight Highlands, even for NPCs that it has got correct a few steps back. It's still pretty obvious who I should talk to so it's just a minor annoyance.

When the most issues are sorted out I'm sure these small but nasty things will get fixed.
There are also a lot of translations of mobs and NPCs missing. Give the team some time, they worked really hard the last days, just look at the guide's patchnotes
